Looking back over the chapters and making further sense of the intertwining threads that our authors have presented could be seen as an act of leadership, whether adequate or inadequate. If we represent our authors’ narratives, reflections and analyses of their experiences of leadership in ways that resonate with them but also with our readers, then we are doing our job well as editing leaders.
