Chapter Six. Introduction to the 220-802 Exam
The CompTIA A+ 220-802 exam covers Windows operating systems, computer and network security, mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, and troubleshooting. The largest percentage of the exam will focus on troubleshooting: repairing Windows, fixing computer hardware problems, mending networking issues, and repairing printers.
