Let’s get deeper into network configurations. There are two technologies that are integral to just about every network out there: DNS and DHCP. DNS provides name resolution, and DHCP provides automatic IP addressing. Without these two services, not much would get done in a typical organization, and not much fun would be had at home! DNS and DHCP are fundamental networking services that allow systems to inter-operate properly.
