Chapter 9. Troubleshooting
The Troubleshooting domain covers approximately 36 percent of the A+ 220-802 exam. It expands on many of the topics from the 220-801 exam, but instead of merely understanding the hardware components, it expects you to have knowledge of how to troubleshoot and maintain these components. The goal within this domain is for you to be able to put together all the knowledge related to PC hardware and operating systems and apply it to real-world scenarios.
