Abstract

Mechatronics creates intelligent and automated systems using mechanical, electrical, computer, and control engineering. Data, sensors, and actuators make mechatronic systems smart and functional. Data collection starts with environment or system data. It digitalizes analog signals like temperature, pressure, and position. These data guide control algorithms. Mechatronics relies on sensors to detect environmental changes. These signals provide the system with real-time feedback, enabling it to adjust. Cameras, proximity sensors, accelerometers, and encoders make mechatronic plans more flexible. Actuators change the system based on processing unit control signals. These devices convert electrical impulses into mechanical motion or specialized energy. Actuators power robotics, industrial automation, and precision control. Data acquisition, sensors, and actuators often collaborate. Autonomous automobiles perceive their environment through LiDAR, cameras, and radar. Data control motors and brakes to drive the automobile safely. Industrial mechatronic systems monitor temperature, pressure, and vibration.
