Computational leadership science (CLS) is more than just addressing the six strategic priorities I covered in the previous chapters. Rather, it's a universal tool delivering game‐changing results in any situation. Accordingly, I'm going to provide you with a detailed and easy‐to‐use set of instructions for configuring CLS to suit your specific leadership needs.

In this chapter, we'll first explore how you can benefit from hiring a CLS advisor—an expert who can blend data and tech with social and behavioral sciences to improve leadership outcomes.
