WHO WILL SHARE THE PAIN?
In any start-up you need a ‘business spouse’ – someone who will share the pain with you. This can’t be an employee. They need to be a partner with genuine ‘skin in the game’. It’s easy to be gung-ho when you first have the idea and you are in the early days, but it’s rare to find entrepreneurs who can survive without a solid support system in place as the business unfolds.
