Tuning DB2 for Solaris for DSS Workloads
Many users have gained their first experience of DB2 for Solaris with Decision Support System (DSS) applications. For that reason we consider tuning for DSS workloads first. But a strength of DB2 for Solaris is its ability to effectively handle both OLTP and DSS workloads.
