Operating Concern Development

As we stated earlier, the operating concern is the central tenet of CO-PA. It decides how the data you capture is stored in CO-PA as well as what characteristics are captured for each piece of data. Before you begin developing your operating concern, it is important to map out what type of data you want to capture in addition to the characteristics that are important to your company for CO-PA reporting purposes.
