Preparing Profit Center Accounting to accept actual postings can be simple or complex, depending on the needs of your company. On the simple side, all that is required is to activate the fiscal-year control parameters, create the proper document types, and define the necessary number ranges. For more complex solutions, additional account assignments may be maintained, and internal goods movements can be defined and segregated to enhance the profitability picture for each profit center.
