Creating Closing Cockpit Templates

You are now ready to create or copy the Closing Cockpit template. This template is used to structure the individual steps of a process. In this interface, all users involved in the closing process can either access the relevant activities or review what is happening to the tasks running in the background. The template should be reviewed and discussed in depth before completion. Each and every task involved in the FI Closing process must be identified and then assigned to the template. If steps are not included, then you have defeated the purpose for this process. The creation of templates removes all dependency on local knowledge.
