Creating Tasks
The next most time-consuming process after creating the template (that is, if you create the template from scratch) is creating and linking the tasks. Tasks are activities that you create that do the actual activity or process. These tasks are assigned to different folders or subfolders in the hierarchy depending on the executable that is being included in the Closing Cockpit. Tasks are individual activities that are to be performed as part of the overall process in the task list. Four different tasks are possible in the Closing Cockpit: a transaction, a program, a note, and a flow definition.
