Conclusion: E-Consumer Protection Now and in the Future

Introduction

This chapter summarizes what has been discussed in the previous chapters and the findings from three case studies of Lazada in Singapore, Shopee in Vietnam, and Zalora in Malaysia. It also draws some conclusions that may offer new insights pertaining to e-consumer protection to various groups of stakeholders.
