Issues and Concerns in School Science Curriculum

Science is a discipline which is well organized and with its development strives to be better organized. Many a times, it is wrongly said that nothing is permanent in science. But the changes in science, its methodology, are very well throughout. It involves not only sorting out the stumbling blocks in its progress but also wider participation of the community of scientists. Thomas Kuhn (1962) pointed this out very strongly in his book Structure of Scientific Revolutions. Kuhn detailed the occasions of methodological revolutions and called them paradigm changes.
