VANDANA SAXENA is an associate professor with Central Institute of Education (CIE), Department of Education, University of Delhi, India. She studied courses related to education, soon after her master’s degree in physics. She taught in a school for four years before joining the university. Since her early years, she had a keen interest in understanding diversity among school children and developing pedagogic interventions for an all inclusive science class. Her doctoral research work focuses upon developing enabling environments in multi-ability regular science classrooms. Recently, she is working towards developing, enabling and empowering intervention schedules for pre-service and in-service teacher programmes. ...
