The Project
Osprey Quay, Portland, is a developer-led project made up of 77 houses, comprising two, three and four-bedroom homes. The scheme has won 11 awards. In the depths of the recession, ZeroC bought the site and planned to build houses in three phases. It was an important site for Kim Slowe, managing director of the development company, having been a Royal Navy helicopter pilot stationed on the site.
