In both urban and rural housing projects, landscaping and place making are so crucial.
The wit and charm of Edouard François’ central ‘green’ building, covered in vines, in Paris is very enjoyable. There is a magical quality to these ‘treehouses’ in such an urban environment. Eden Bio is a far cry from ghettoised Brutalist apartments, and far more enchanting than anything a standard developer design might have offered.
