Phase 4 Activities: Co-Facilitate
Co-facilitation is the target for the activities in this phase. Once the students find themselves in Phase 4, the instructor’s role has transited to that of a fellow learner and resource for additional guidance, when needed. Each team is expected to be a co-facilitator of the remaining tasks for a final project or collaborative event that began in Phase 3. Students assume responsibility for their own learning at this stage of the course. Activities are marked by a high level of interaction and engagement.
