Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT), which links physical things or devices to the internet, is one of the fundamental technologies influencing the future. The system’s usefulness and intelligence may be boosted by merging it with other technology advancements, which is something else it provides for. Due to considerable developments in conversational platforms and frameworks, a number of firms now utilize chatbots. The relevance of IoT and how widespread it is in customer interactions in today’s digitally linked world have been made evident to enterprises. Several issues must be handled by IoT systems, including the unified user interface (UI). Applications, services, and settings must be consistently accessible to users across all devices. The quantity of dashboards and applications for each new “IoT object” in the ecosystem could be overwhelming for consumers in a connected world.
