Manfred Kets de Vries, a Clinical Professor of Leadership Development, holds the Raoul de Vitry d’Avaucourt Chair of Leadership Development at INSEAD, where he is also the Director of the Global Leadership Center and program director of management seminars on leadership and change. The author, co-author, or editor of more than 30 books and 300 scientific papers, he was the first non-American recipient of the International Leadership Association’s International Leadership Award for “his contributions to the classroom and the board room” and the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to leadership research and development.
