Some people become so frantic from the pressures of work and daily life that they cannot stop racing around. Some people are chronically in this anxious, agitated state. Others enter an overaroused state when the stakes are high and they are under unusual pressure. As a result of their frantic state they are either clueless or uninterested in how you are affected by their behavior.
