1.3. Steps to Publish a Document on the Web
Three main steps are involved in posting a document to the WWW:
1. | Create an HTML document. |
2. | Place the document in a Web-accessible location. |
3. | Verify that the HTML is legal and results in the presentation you had in mind.

Create the Document
Since HTML is formed with normal ASCII text, you can create an HTML document with a text editor, such as Notepad, UltraEdit, emacs, or BBEdit.
