The FRAME element designates the HTML document that will be placed in a particular frame cell. FRAME entries are legal only inside FRAMESET containers. BORDERCOLOR is a nonstandard attribute supported by both Netscape and Internet Explorer.
SRC SRC specifies the URL of the document to be placed in the current cell. SRC is not strictly required because the HTML 4.0 specification permits empty frames. However, to avoid unexpected results, treat SRC as required in Netscape. See Section 4.5 (Solving Common Frame Problems) for more details. ...
