Setting the Unit of Measure
The default unit of measure for CorelDraw is inches. However, there are more than a dozen units of measure from which you can choose, such as millimeters, points, pixels, and miles. You can change the unit of measure for the current document or set a new default unit of measure for all future documents.
To set the unit of measure for the current document:
On the property bar, click the Units drop-down list (Figure 9.3) and choose a unit of measure.

The unit is applied to both rulers.
