For many years now, I have been going to the various business schools, to all the IIMs that we know of, and particularly to Ahmedabad, and have exhorted them to include ethics in business as one of the subjects in their curriculum. I have always felt that though these business schools churn out excellent financial managers, marketing managers, human resource development (HRD) personnel, they somehow miss out on ethics, corporate governance, and good social responsibility.
