WHAT IS CORPORATE GOVERNANCE?

In my view, seminars like the one we are participating in are crucial because they help spread the cause of good corporate governance, a cause that I think is very important and very necessary. However, before I get started, I think it is worth examining what corporate governance is. Corporate governance is one of those terms that are delightfully vague.
