WHAT ETI IS AND IS NOT
The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is an alliance of companies, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and trade union organizations committed to working together to change business behaviour by identifying and promoting good practice in the implementation of codes of labour practice. It is a membership organization currently comprising 33 companies, four umbrella bodies from the trade union movement, and 19 NGOs.
