22.1 Training
Ethics should not remain in statements of principles; it is necessary to promote educational actions and create internal spaces for discussion. Training is a fundamental tool to transfer knowledge and information and to impact the thinking and behavior of individuals. It helps to think, mobilize people, and plays an important role in the process of raising awareness about corporate ethics and risks and for the creation of a culture of integrity in any organization.
