Starting Point: Senior Leadership Driven Management

Leadership responsibilities in sustaining leadership driven management are critical. Leadership responsibilities in creating a leadership driven management process are indispensable.

The starting point of creating a cost managed enterprise is obviously senior leadership. Without strongly committed senior leadership, it is unlikely that any organization can be transformed into a cost managed enterprise, breaking away from decades of past practice.
