What happens in your mind when you think about the idea for your challenge? Do you hear a voice saying … “That's a ridiculous idea. Surely I couldn't do anything like that, could I?”
It's tempting to dismiss thoughts like this before they take hold. I guess it is similar to seeds that fall on the ground but never germinate or take root. Whilst they are still embryonic, these ideas are at their most vulnerable. It would be so easy to crush them with a thought such as, “That's just bonkers, there's no way I could do that” ...
