Mohsen al Attar (PhD) is a senior lecturer at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a Visiting Professor at McGill University, Canada (2012–13). His research interests and teaching responsibilities oscillate between Public International Law, Third World Legal Studies, Law and Development, and Intellectual Property Law.
