4Clarity Framework

When I work with clients one‐on‐one or in one of my courses, we will always go through a series of exercises focused on awareness, evaluation, reconnection, and direction. I believe those four main areas create a path to clarity. With so many different demands, expectations, and microaggressions bombarding our minds every day, we have to come into the awareness of where we are and learn to name the challenges that we are facing. Then it's important to evaluate the impact of those challenges and determine what we need to do to address those barriers.

Next is a process of reconnection where I lead clients through activities that allow them to regain trust with their intuition, values, and voice. Last, but not least, I hold space for my clients to set the direction and next steps to take action and move forward with results. I serve as my client's coach, advisor, confidante, and cheerleader. I stand by the belief that my clients are their own experts and I have the privilege of coming alongside them as their thought‐partner while they walk through a transformative journey in their idenity and career.

When we are constantly in unhealthy work cultures with such a high number of unprepared and underdeveloped managers and leaders, it's hard not to question yourself, which can spiral into a place of perpetual self‐doubt and produce a lack of clarity and absolutely tank confidence.
