I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Course Development Materials
Development should proceed according to some project planning and control method. The course director will need a record of who has responsibility for course development steps and will need to coordinate and monitor intermediate due dates to ensure that the course is ready on time.
Training Materials
During the development phase, media and materials will be located, selected, or created. Off-theshelf materials can be used as is, or adapted when appropriate. Suppose, for example, that a video film contains an excellent illustration of a procedure, but uses many terms that don't fit the organizational culture.
