So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Battery Pull / Hard Reset | The first step in troubleshooting a network, software, or hardware error (as typically seen with a constantly spinning Hourglass icon or an ever-present Timer icon on the screen) is often to perform a hard reset. To do this, remove the battery while the device is still powered on, wait 30 seconds, and then reinsert the battery. |
