Evaluations mean so much but often are given so little consideration. Time and time again, trainers bemoan the fact that their evaluations are seldom completed although they never pause to consider their own role in the process. In more than 20 years of training and speaking, I've observed the same evaluation practice wherever I've gone. Trainers wait to the final seconds of the class to distribute the evaluation and then expect their learners to complete them thoroughly.
