Although the framework of social media and blogging is supposed to be built around ideas of openness and transparency, sometimes things can get a little too open. As a general rule, I keep comments turned on for all my posts and off for all my pages. Comments for posts are on because I want commentary on what I’ve written. I have them off on pages because that’s information I’ve put up for reference and I don’t want commentary or feedback.
