So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Planned Celebration and Closure Meeting
At the end of the Mentoring Partnership Program’s six-month rotation, when the teams have accomplished their teaching and learning goals, it is important to plan a celebration for everyone that was involved. It also serves as formal closure and as an opportunity for a final review of the program and the developed partnerships. The event can be as small or large as you and the participants choose and budget allows.
