Mentoring Partnership Program Orientation

The orientation introduces the concepts and process of the Mentoring Partnership Model. In the first half, we presented an overview of the program and conducted the matching process for potential partners. The second half is the initializing or beginning of the partnership process. During this session partnership teams have the opportunity to get to know each other, receive the Workbook, and review the Partnership Agreement.
