We especially want to thank Paul Gulacy, Michael Cavallaro, Keith Carter, James Romberger,
Dan Goldman, Dave Lemieux, David Moldawer, and all the profiled comic
artists for their invaluable contribution to making this remarkable book. Our comic art
inspiration comes from numerous graphic novels, Don Martin, MAD Magazine, Robert Crumb,
John Holmstrom, and the many other comic artists we were brought up with, the ones
newly discovered, and the many yet to be discovered. Thank you to MoCCA and Comic-Con.
And many thanks to the all-talented comic artists everywhere!
We’ll catch you next time around!
