I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
This is the most exciting time to be working in the corporate world and specifically in the field of leadership. Never before have we seen so much change, upheaval, new science, and shaky ground relating to the new direction of leadership in the business community. Nothing makes my heart sing like seeing a leader have that ah-ha light bulb moment where he or she connects the dots for the first time and realizes that he or she can turn ownership for results, accountability, and responsibility over to his or her team member who is actually doing the work.
