Google “employee value” and you will find it is the value the employee adds to the company, generally based on Initiative, Judgement, Loyalty, and Cost Efficiency. Just like companies look at Customers on how they can add value to the company, they look at employees as worth having as employees or not. Always the company’s viewpoint!
