Video projects, even small ones, are complex undertakings. There are many more things to do than in other development projects, such as creating a website or an instructor's manual. More people are involved, even if only for a short time. Failure to plan has consequences. If you don't have the right video when you are ready to edit, there is not a lot you can do about it.
