I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Managing Video Projects
Video projects, even small ones, are complex undertakings. There are many more things to do than in other development projects, such as creating a website or an instructor's manual. More people are involved, even if only for a short time. Failure to plan has consequences. If you don't have the right video when you are ready to edit, there is not a lot you can do about it.
This chapter is not going to replace a good project management book or workshop. The Project Management Institute has a lot of good material on project management, mostly targeted to managing software projects.
