Abstract

The impact of Industrial Revolution 4.0 has made digital transformation an issue that the textile industry focuses on promoting year by year along with solving productivity, saving energy, and saving administrative and operative costs. This study presents research results on the process of designing software to digitize data on the sewing technology process of shirt products. The software allows the digitization and creation of a big data bank of technological operations to automatically building the sewing technology process for a specific shirt. It supports the process of production planning, building sewing technology processes, preparing equipment and workers, and designing production lines more easily, quickly, and accurately.
