ONE-ON-ONE INSTRUCTION

 

One-on-one instruction often takes place when there is one new employee or an existing employee who takes on a new role. The facilitator may be someone who has worked in the role, who has expertise in the role, or who is an experienced facilitator with sufficient content to provide benefits to the employee. One-onone instruction offers the opportunity for a new employee to obtain the training quickly, without having to wait for a group to form, in order to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel on the job.
