About the Authors: Krista Rice is manager of crew training and development at Red Lobster. She holds a BS in Hospitality Management from Florida State University. She has several years of experience in food and beverage operations with a focus on training. Krista began teaching hospitality management in a private technical college before she returned to school for graduate studies.
