THROUGHOUT THIS BOOK, we’ve listed a large number of potential questions to help challenge your thinking about any project. Obviously, there are far too many questions to deal with at any one time, and that’s fine. Some questions will have more bearing on some projects than on others. Keep in mind that it’s always good to have an unusual question to throw in whenever a meeting seems to be running into the fog of bias.
