5.1  INTRODUCTION

In the first four chapters we learned several concepts and techniques related to the practical aspects of sequencing, such as MIDI messages, editing techniques, quantization options, audio and MIDI track use, and synchronization procedures. While these subjects represent a very important part of the knowledge required to achieve a higher standard in modern and contemporary production using MIDI/audio sequencers, the musical aspect of such productions also plays an extremely important role.
