4.1 Brainstorm rules

When do you have your best ideas? In the shower, driving to work, walking the dog or just staring out of the window? For me, it’s on my bike. Relax, stop concentrating, or do something you love, and ideas just seem to flow.

But what if you need a whole team to come up with new ideas, to a deadline? You can’t get everyone to stare out of the window together.
