There are a number of different ways in which you can visualize the changes you’d like to make in your life and how they’ll affect you once they’re achieved. You can use audio or video sources as inspiration or guidance, and there are ones where a friend leads you through your visualization. You can employ mental flash cards which are like a quick, five-second visualization you can call on when you need sudden inspiration, or to quickly summon the energy or motivation to do something.
To accompany these types of visualization you can use affirmations where you repeat positive phrases about a trait you’d like to improve or a goal you’d like to achieve. These affirmations can also be written down and read out loud from time to time to increase their results.
