Why Creativity Matters
Let’s start by asking, “Should we really have to call this out? Do we have to address why creativity matters?”
The answer is yes! We humans get stuck. We get stuck with seeing or doing things the way we’ve always done them because that’s how we are naturally wired. We are predisposed to look for patterns consciously and subconsciously. It is how we survive.
